About WagerBench

Who runs WagerBench, how pages are reviewed before publication, and what the site does and does not do.

Updated Oct 28, 2026

WagerBench is an independent guide to sports-betting software: reviews, comparisons, explanations, research and free tools that help readers decide what is worth paying for. We don't operate a sportsbook, sell picks or accept sportsbook affiliate referrals.

Editorial team

Owen Davids, Editor

Owen Davids is the editor of WagerBench. A software developer by trade, he evaluates betting tools by testing their math, pricing, and claims against primary sources, and he reviews every page before it's published. He has no financial relationships with sportsbooks.

How pages get published

Every page names the editor who approved it and the date. Some pages are drafted with AI assistance; they say so, and they are published only after the editor has checked the facts, sources and conclusions. Read more in our methodology and affiliate disclosure.
